ICC Executive Board & the Secretariat

The Executive Board is a permanent executive body of ICC Albania, and is subordinated to the General Assembly. The Executive Board is composed from 5 members. The members of the Executive Board are elected for a 3 (three) years’ term, renewable. The Executive Board is fully empowered for the administration of ICC Albania in order to pursue its objectives and scope of activity, carrying out all necessary activities that are not specifically reserved to the General.

The Chairman is an outstanding business leader capable of bringing together all the different elements involved in the management process of ICC Albania. The Chairman is recommended by the Executive Board to the General Assembly, which elects and dismisses the Chairman. He is appointed for a 3 years term, non-renewable.

The Secretariat of ICC Albania is leaded by the Secretary General and carries out the duties as directed from the Executive Board and the Chairman.

Genc Boga

Chairman, ICC Albania

Genc Boga became Chairman of the Executive Board of ICC Albania in July 2015. He has been part of the executive board of ICC Albania since 2012. He is the founder and Managing Partner of Boga & Associates. Mr. Boga is Secretary General of the National Economic Council chaired by the Prime Minister and is actively engaged in other important organizations in the country. He is continuously ranked as a “Leading Lawyer” in Albania by Chambers and Partners and IFLR 1000 in Commercial/Corporate and praised for his extensive experience and strong leadership.

Artan Hajdari

Board Member, ICC Albania

Artan Hajdari is a member of the ICC Albania Executive Board since July 2015. He is the Managing Partner of Haxhia & Hajdari Attorneys at Law. Mr. Hajdari is also a lecturer at the Albanian School of Magistrates, and he is a member of Executive Committee of Albanian Football Association. Mr. Hajdari is also author of several articles in regard with Civil and Commercial Law. His practice is focused but not limited in civil law, commercial law, energy law, telecommunication law, insurance law, customs law, banking & financial etc.

Seyhan Pencabligil

Board Member, ICC Albania

Seyhan Pencabligil is part of the ICC Albania Executive Board since 2012. He has been the first Chair of ICC Albania National Committee during the term 2012-2015. He is CEO of National Commercial Bank (BKT) since 2000, second largest bank in Albania in terms of assets. Mr Pencabligil is also Chairman of the Albanian Leasing Company; a member of the Albanian Association of Banks; and a member of the Albanian Investment and Development Agency (AIDA) chaired by the Prime Minister. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the World Savings Banks’ Institute (WSBI).

Ilir Daci

Board Member, ICC Albania

Ilir Daci is a member of the ICC Albania Executive Board since July 2015. Ilir Daci is Founder and Managing Partner of Optima Legal & Financial law firm. Mr. Daci is a well-known lawyer, with a more than 13 years of experience and developed judicial qualification. He is a member of Albanian Bar Association, International Bar Association, a permanent member of the Legal Advisory Task Force of the Energy Charter Secretariat and a certified mediator by the Conflict Management Center in Netherlands

Neritan Kallfa

Board Member, ICC Albania

Neritan Kallfa is a member of the ICC Albania Executive Board since July 2015. Neritan Kallfa is one of the senior partners of Tonucci & Associates, the law firm established in 1995 in Tirana, Albania. Neritan Kallfa specializes in cross-border transactions and focuses on multi-juridical arbitration and litigation across the region. Neritan Kallfa has been identified as a leading practitioner by Chambers and Partners and the Internal Who’s Who of Business Lawyers. Mr. Kallfa is also a lecturer at the Magistrate School of Albania.


Ardita Seknaj

Ardita Seknaj joined ICC Albania on the 1st of May 2013. Ms Seknaj relation with the organization stems since the establishment process started in 2011 as part of the leading team in Albania. Prior to joining ICC Albania, Ms Seknaj has worked for about eight years at Banka Kombetare Tregtare, where she expanded experience in different fields such as marketing, corporate banking, structured finance and finally at financial institutions.
