On the 21st– 23rd of September, Macedonian Mentoring Network in collaboration with ICC Albania, Embassy of the Netherlands and Alliance of Kosovar Businesses, have brought together over 60 professionals from Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia and the Netherlands in the light of the mentoring project, in Skopje.
The aim of this project is to support woman entrepreneurs and professionals from Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo by creating unique mentoring program as a key to professional and personal success, and secondly creation of a peer mentoring program with experts and professionals from Netherlands increasing their pool of contacts, potential partners and collaborators.
The mentoring relationship started at the conference organized in Skopje, Macedonia. A delegation of 9 persons, 5 high level mentors, 3 mentees and the Secretary General of ICC Albania were present at the kick-off of this mentoring project. First and second day of the conference all the participants were introduced to each other and worked on the mentoring agenda/agreement, defining goals and topics covered in this relationship. After that all participants created digital profile comprising all information of the entrepreneurs (mentors and mentee), so that it would be very convenient for them to follow up online and maintain good mentoring relationship.
During the conference expert trainers (from each country) filmed up to minimum 8 educational videos. Also master-class videos were filmed on various topics and will be uploaded on the International mentoring platform, so all participants can have access to online education.
Educational videos that were products of this program will be put on the Macedonian Network Mentoring digital platform for mentoring, consequently other startups, entrepreneurs and mentees can benefit from all this knowledge.
