About
Policy advocacy is both an art and a skill — requiring evidence, collaboration, and strategic communication.
This series of three one-day workshops aims to strengthen the capacities of representatives of chambers of commerce and business associations in the area of policy advocacy.
The workshops focus on defining clear advocacy goals, crafting targeted messages, and engaging decision-makers in constructive dialogue, empowering participants to act as credible and informed advocates for their members’ interests. By combining expert input, case studies, and interactive group work, the workshop creates a dynamic learning environment that mirrors real-world challenges.
These workshops are part of the EBRD project ”Improving Investment Climate in Albania: Building the Capacity of Business Associations-supported programme”, implemented by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and funded by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
Target audience:
- Executive Directors, Secretaries General, and Senior Officers of Chambers of Commerce and Business Associations.
- Communications, PR and legal advisors involved in advocacy or stakeholder relations
- Policy, communications, and membership officers.
- Other staff involved in advocacy or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
